Synthetic Oil (Polyalphaolefin)

Applications:

Closed gears;

Bearings;

Couplings.

  • This oil is especially designed for closed gears in the hardest operating conditions, including under load and at high temperatures, and prevents microscopic cavities and scratches on gears in such conditions.

Straight and Helical gears;

High-load bearings and geared couplings;

International Standards and Manufacturers’ Approvals:

  • DIN 51517 Part 3 => group CLP
  • NF – ISO 6743-6 category CKD
  • US STEEL 224
  • FLENDER
  • AISI 224
  • CINCINNATI MILACRON
  • DAVID BROWN
  • USINOR FT 161
  • MULLEER WEINGARTEN
  • AGMA 9005-E02

Advantages

  • Very high protection of surfaces against Erosion and micropitting and proper functioning at low and high temperatures;
  • Good EP properties: excellent protection of surfaces in the above conditions;
  • High natural VI content because of synthetic base oil: high shear stability and low friction coefficient;
  • Very low pour point: capable of functioning at low temperatures;
  • Excellent oxidation stability: capable of functioning at high temperatures and increased operation time by 2-4 times;
  • Proper compatibility with seals and copper alloys;
  • Very high protection of surfaces against cavitation (at low and high temperatures).

Health, Safety, and Maintenance Notes

  • Very high protection of surfaces against cavitation (at low and high temperatures).
