Synthetic Oil (Polyglycol)

Applications:

Closed gears

  • This oil is especially designed for lubricating worm gears and those gears in hard operating conditions, such as high loads, shocks, high temperatures, and corrosive environments:

International Standards and Manufacturers’ Approvals:

  • DIN 51517 Part 3 => group CLP
  • NF – ISO 6743-6 category CKS/CKT
  • DAVID BROWN , CMD

Advantages

  • Very high viscosity index and high resistance to mechanical stresses;
  • Low friction coefficient: better Protection of non-iron parts, such as bronze gears in spiral gearboxes, which leads to a 5-10% saving in energy consumption in comparison to mineral oils;
  • Excellent thermal stability of oil which leads to an increase in its life span;
  • Stability against high pressure and good EP and anti- Erosion properties;
  • Excellent static and dynamic anti-corrosion properties in addition to having appropriate additives.
  • Excellent antifoam properties;
  • Very good protection against rusting (tested with acidic water and sea water).

Health, Safety, and Maintenance Notes

  • *Note: It is not compatible with PG- and PAO-based, and mineral oils. And its compatibility with gearbox components such as seals and paint should be checked.
